Stayed the same this week. I got all the ingredients to make the Oprah burgers today. I have a call in for my dads Dr. to request a chest xray and I may have to take him in for that today. We are a bit suspicious that he may have pnuemonia. They may end up keeping him. This usually happens every 6 months. We'll have to see.

The kids just went out the door. My son is at that wonderful age where he knows everything and talks back for everything I have to say. Hubby is home today and he got to witness what I deal with on school mornings. He said he understands now why some animals eat their young. LOL

I will be going back to Curves today because a friend wants to rejoin Curves and wanted me to go. My back is sore today. I think I jogged a little too feverishly yesterday on the recovery pads during my workout. I just can't do that without my back hurting. Took some ibuprophen and I should be good to go again.

I am looking forward to trying the turkey burgers for dinner. I can't wait. I also bought the ingredients for the breakfast cookies and the carrot bran muffins that Evelyn was talking about. Not sure when I will get a chance to get those made. We'll see.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!! Stay healthy

I hope all of your burger, cookie and muffin making turns out great for you! Those are some of my fave recipes so I'm thinking you will like them, too. Especially the Oprah burgers! LOL at the "why some animals eat their young" comment. I'm sure all mothers know how you feel, me included! Been there, done that! If you find you have regularly occuring back issues, you might want to focus on doing some core strengthening exercise, especially abdominal. Strong muscles in that area really help hold everything in place and can prevent a lot of discomfort. I hope all is well with your dad. Happy baking!
