I worked out half assed and diet was even worse.
Goal for February is to run 15 miles and work out 3 days a week for total of 12 workouts @ 45 minutes.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.8 lb a week
