FINALLY, I'VE SEEN A NEW NUMBER ON THE SCALE!!!!It's been months since I've been down to 198 lbs, so I'm thrilled to reach it again. Now I've just got to stay focused & see where I can be at this time next week:)
198.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
