I am tickled pink! FINALLY - have that first number in the "1" column instead of the "2"'s! Want to keep it up though, until I'm happy with my body shape, fit of clothes, etc.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1341 kcal Fat: 53.81g | Prot: 75.60g | Carb: 143.31g.   Breakfast: Smart Beginnings Waffles with turkey sausage, black coffee. Lunch: McDonald's ranch dressing packet, McDonalds grilled chicken bacon ranch salad. Dinner: mayo, crackers , Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), bacon, Warm Delights - Molten Caramel Cake, shredded cheddar cheese, green beans with bacon bits, pineapple slices. more...
