Worked out at work whoch sometimes isn't the smartest thing to do since I tend to overeat when I get home. Had a good dinner and fell alseep until 10:30 and then was up all night. Fortunately I didn't eat anything after that.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
