1577 kcal Fat: 34.28g | Prot: 196.86g | Carb: 115.47g.   Breakfast: 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Orange Juice, green onions, Fresh Spinach, athenos feta cheese. Lunch: Baby Spinach, Frigo String Cheese, Hillshire Farm Low Sodium Turkey, roma tomato, Wishbone Greek Vinaigrette. Dinner: chicken breast, celery, Young Green Onions (Tops Only) , kraft olive oil mayo, tilapia, boneless chicken wing. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar, banana, skim milk, Six Star Casein Protein Triple Chocolate, Clementines. more...
