got a new scale, forgot to weigh in yesterday. last week was kinda bad - went out thurs and also ate out w/Steve's fam Sat, greek food at work for lunch thurs, pizza for lunch fri
157.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
