I totally surpassed my calorie goal yesterday. But I'm still a little dissappointed that I gained the day before. when I did a lot of right exercise, sleep and staying with in my goal. Oh well. Today is a new day. Going to keep with in my calories today! I am really not going to conquer this though, unless I learn to give up my Starbucks fix.
317.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't get discouraged, the average body will fluctuate in weight daily! I have limited myself to weighing myself only once a week because it gets very discouraging to see my weight go up and down daily. Also don't withhold anything from yourself or you will get bored/frustrated give up, and if you have a craving for something try eating only a small piece and get it over with, that way you wont eat around the craving and end up eating what you wanted in the end. Try replacing what you normally get from starbuck with something that has less calories in it, or get a smaller serving! I have found that I cannot live with out my morning coffee from my favorite coffee place, but instead of having 2 creams and 2 sugars like I used to I have bumped it down to 1 cream and 1 sugar, it took a while to get used to it but now I prefer my coffee that way!

Thanks Pixixdaisy! That is a good idea. I just need to give up my addiction to pumpkin scones because one of those is twice the amount of calories as my coffee. I get a small coffee already I know I could get a less fat version but giving up that scone would really be ideal or limiting it to fridays or mondays or something like that. Eventually I will get to the cutting of the coffee condiments but the scone is the first battle I must endure. hehe. I am such a foodie. argh.

no worries I am a foodie too have been all my life! dont just cut the scone out, buy one cut it in half eat the half and put the other half away until the next morning and just gradually work your way down to one a week!
