Nice! I'm wondering if part of this is also due to taking the stairs at work. I'll take it though! Going to start the EA Active 30 Day Challenge tonight!
252.9 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 87.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is difficult to figure out the mysteries of why the scale declines or why it does not!! Enjoy it!! Try NOT to let the scale be the only measure of your progress though ... simple math really does win out over the long haul. As long as you are being honest with yourself about what you eat and how much you move you cannot go wrong!!! You have a steady decline on our chart and are making wonderful progress. Hang in there!!

You will get daily fluctuations that don't seem to make sense, although it's always happier when they move down. The more important thing is the general trend, and yours is gradually downward, which is good too.

Thanks, guys. I know for me TOM is a huge factor (as apparently I retain crazy amounts of water) but I'm just trying to figure out the rest of it.
