Had Starbucks yesterday. NOT worth the carbs! Had little veggies yesterday because the starbucks was 19 carbs. Live and learn.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
