trying to maintain... cold weather has limit my outdoor activities and I am not too happy about that. Trying to make treadmill my friend (but failing at that) My goal for Feb is to do 10 burpees without dying... Running a half April 7th and my goal is to run between 143-145 lbs... not gonna but a goal time yet... gonna wait until March 9th to see how well my training is going.. Whew... Life!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
