I lost this week. WooHoo! Now, I just have to keep it up. My SIL and I were talking about getting together for more activities...instead of going out to dinner, go to they gym together, or go for a hike, or go bowling...our whole social lives don't have to revolve around food!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

WooHoo! Losses are just the coolest ever! Good for you! And good for your decision to find non-food related actvities. I'm not sure would know what any of my friends and relatives would like if I wasn't viewing them through the tines of fork! If y'all find something great to do, let me know!
