This is a travel free week for me! I will make up for last week and it started on Sunday. Two half an hour work outs with push ups and abs!

Happy to get back to my routine and look forward to shedding pounds. My weight has plataued for a couple of weeks.

166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
