Freezing rain this AM made me want to stay in bed. But alas, came to work anyway. Supposed to warm up tomorrow and Wed but back to freezing later in the week. Spring can't come too soon for me.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1552 kcal Fat: 86.61g | Prot: 142.19g | Carb: 55.64g.   Breakfast: coffee, sugar free coffeemate, splenda, advantage mocha latte. Lunch: crab cakes with carbquik, sugar free ketchup. Dinner: chicken, Cooked Broccoli with Cheese Sauce (from Frozen). Snacks/Other: mozzarella cheese stick, blueberries, cheese, deli ham, gingersnaps. more...
