I haven't been dieting and gained 20lbs :( my husband is deployed and I want to lose 40 by oct :) lets do this! I'm back and motivated
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

yes be motivated always have on top of your mind , the goal is to LOOK SLIM. The best way is to finish your breakfast and lunch by 12pm so that you keep yourself moving all day and get the calories burning. Drink more and more water. Lets take it togetehr, i have 42lbs to lose. Its easy to sweat out in summer.

I know.....this winter is killing me. But I pretty much eat breakfast at 6 or 7 and lunch at 12. I did pretty good today. We will see :)
