Down a pound...need more vegetables and fruit. Less fat.
Very happy at the way I feel and the way my clothes are fitting....I can also feel my hip-bones whoo hoo...:)
150.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
