Today has to be the day I start and stay on my road of recovery from obesity and all the trauma that comes with it. Too many times to attempt to overcome my obsession with food only to experience failure after failure after failure. So many failures I can't even count them all. My life depends on this to be my time - to achieve what seems to be unachievable to me.
