Down another 1.8 pounds after a negative 2133 calories day. Yesterday I walked alomst 2 hours and rode my exercise bike for an hour. My legs are pretty dead and I'm hoping to kepp going until the Super Bowl so I can take a day off.
222.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
