I almost gave up yesterday - it was a REALLY rough day for me. I think my body was FREAKING out from lack of carbohydrates. So I realized that the Core Plan allows for unsweetened shredded wheat and it made me feel about 100 times better... Thank Goodness I didn't give up -- I was SO good this week!!! :)
135.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've had days like that also and then at the end of the day when you have stuck to it, it just FEELS SO GOOD! Good Job!
