Well, only one pound today...bummer! But, that's better than gaining, right?!? I did everything pretty well this week, except I didn't get in as much exercise as I would have liked. I'd like to see the scale move more this week...I'm going to keep working hard!!!

169.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
