A welcome sight during this morning's way in. It probably means I'm going to have a 0.0 or 0.5 lb loss next week, but that's fine. I think this loss has has as much to do with being more active than what I did/didn't eat. But my calories were pretty much on target or lower.
326.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
