Dinner was GREAT lastnight and I did have a glass of wine but not as much as I had originally entered so I changed it. I abstained from that delicious bread with the garlicky smell drifting up to my nose. I was tempted and started to, but all I had to do was think about that experience in December from the Thai restaurant and the pain and suffering...haha...it was enough to make me say "hmmmm no thanks".

Kristen Kelly, The Band Perry and Rascal Flatts were all three AMAZING. It will be a long day today. The concert started at 7:30 and was over a little after 11:00. I got to bed and to sleep after midnight and up and at work at 5am.

Most of the night was spent standing (unless it was a set change).

I have to take Black Betty in this morning her cosmetic surgery; DD is taking DH to work this morning (his new employees start today and he needs to be there early). I cannot drop him early and take BB as it would be too much time away from work (since he needs to get there early). They said they have another truck for me to drive until BB is ready.

I hope you all have a great day...I am sure I will pop back in and jounral more later.

Sounds like you had a really great time last night. Wasn't it a great feeling this morning to know that you stood your ground and said no to the bread? I know I always do when it's something that I love, but I know that I shouldn't and pass it up. Well I hope BB is happy w/her new surgery lol.

Thanks ladies!! Yes it was a great feeling this morning to know that I stood my ground. I didn't even expect a loss either so even a bigger plus!!! DH said to me "you should live it up while you can". I was like, "no thanks. The memories of living it up with the Thai food are enough to remind me that it isn't worth it". He did ask me if I thought he could do what I do with the food. I told him that I thought he could do anything he set his mind to, but he needs to make his mind up what he is going to do.

*happy dance* Jaime, just in case I haven't told you lately, I am SO proud of you and you should be too! Great job taking the time to remember December's problems and pass on the bread! So glad you had a wonderful time last night. I hope you, DH, and BB are all happy with her new surgery and it doesn't hurt your pocket too bad.
