Traveling wreaking havoc on carb intake and good intentions. Bringing own food in a cooler has helped to offset eating out quite a bit, but still not doing as well as I would like. Exercising regularly last 4 days.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
