Each day is a struggle. Fighting myself, my body and my surroundings to eat even better than I have in the past. At this point I'm not even doing it to "lose weight", in doing it in hopes of holding on to some form of health. The struggle is daily but reminding myself that I can do it and that only I am responsible for any failure is what makes me put down a fork or leave my super comfy family to workout even when I don't want to.
278.2 lb Lost so far: 58.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
