So far so good! Drinking a TON of water--I had a glass of OJ yesterday, but aside from that it is the only fluid I have had in the last 72 hours! Making healthier eating choices and walking more every day and it is paying off... 6 lbs closer to my goal.
Eating breakfast really does help. My mood is better and I have more energy throughout the day. Yesterday's breakfast was less than perfect as it had some bacon and sausage--but it is still better than not eating at all (says the girl that was forced to skip lunch yesterday...)!
I need to make sure that I am weighing myself on the same scale and at the same time every day--as my boyfriend so aptly pointed out.
