I just love dropping this fast problem is I know it'll be back next week because TOM is sooooo messed up! but hey down another 2.5 lbs!
262.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

TOM = time of month. Myree, great job on the loss. A loss is a loss regardless! Even if TOM causes a gain, that too will be gone once its gone.
