170.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1550 kcal Fat: 62.72g | Prot: 58.96g | Carb: 193.12g.   Breakfast: light vanilla soymilk, strawberry awake. Lunch: fat free miracle whip, nature's own, red onion, fat free swiss, great value kidney beans, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, salt, strawberries. Dinner: Green Coconut Tofu Curry. Snacks/Other: great value macaroni and cheese, great value half and half, good dog, White Chocollate Chip Cookies. more...
