170.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1550 kcal Fat: 62.72g | Prot: 58.96g | Carb: 193.12g.   Breakfast: strawberry awake, light vanilla soymilk. Lunch: red onion, fat free swiss, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, nature's own, fat free miracle whip, salt, strawberries, great value kidney beans. Dinner: Green Coconut Tofu Curry. Snacks/Other: White Chocollate Chip Cookies, good dog, great value half and half, great value macaroni and cheese. more...
