211 this morning. Still not where I was on Monday, but still less then I was a week ago. I am just focusing on that fact.

Tomorrow we head off to Denver. I will weigh in then and then not again until we return. I still hope to be 208 by the return.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
