Not following matol religiously anymore, kinda plateaued on it. Now i'm taking what i learned and applying it to every day life. Plus i joined a gym that offers Les Mills classes. If there's one near you i HIGHLY recommend it. I haven't lost any weight yet but i've lost 2 dress sizes and feel very toned. Nothing jiggles when i work out anymore!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
