So I haven't been following the diet really at all. I will eat healthy at breakfast and lunch but eat fast food for dinner or eat well for breakfast and dinner but eat out for lunch. I really need to change this trend. I have been depressed with my husband gone but the food doesn't replace him, it just adds to the depression when I gain weight!!!! I was so excited last week too because my uniform and clothes fit so much better. Still not as well as I would like but it was so much better. I only gained about a pound and a half but when your only 5 ft that is a lot for the midsection. I need to stay positive and motivated.
On a better note, even though they weren't easy I did do sit ups last night. I did 50. I stopped more than I would of liked but I did them. I also did 30 leg lifts. Progress is progress and I need to remember it will take time to meet my goals. My baby boy is 9 months today!!!!
