We now have lots of snow which means I don't go out in case I fall and can't get up,I am waiting for my new hip! So not alot of exercise being done except on the step machine while the adverts are on tv!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Hey whatever works! JFI: there are workout dvd's for the upper body that are great. All you need are a couple of light hand weights. It helps burn calories and strengthen the upper body. Nothing like getting rid of those wings on the upper arm. Check out amazon or collagevideo.com for reviews to see if any capture your attention.
