It is now 20 days of my diet plan and am doing very well. I will be switching from potatoes to more peas and corn as my daily consumption. I did have a lot of hot chocolate this weekend - I was in DC. I also had a lot of fruit, particularly pineapples, but all in all, I was able to maintain my diet. Success so far.
