I feel a little bet skeptical about the three pound loss considering it's only been about three days. I wouldn't want to kid myself.
I guess we'll see where that takes us.
Does eating breakfast get any easier? I still feel awful after eating so quickly after waking up.

I can honestly say, it DOES get easier! When I was a kid, I couldn't function without food. Then I got to the point where I didn't eat breakfast at all, mostly because I'd feel nauseous eating so early in the morning (5.30/6am). I don't know how much time you have to get ready in the morning, but try to take breakfast with you if you don't have a lot of time. I would get up at 5.30, leave the house at 6/6.30, and might arrive at university at 8/8.30, where I'd eat my breakfast.
On the weekends, try to ease yourself into eating earlier and earlier, until you can eat when you get up during the week, as well!
Finally, I find the type of food helps. I can't have cereal in the morning, or things like bananas. But 'breakfast' doesn't have to consist of traditional 'breakfast' foods! Have a salad, or anything really, that you enjoy, is light on the stomach, and easier to handle at such early times in the morning.
Hope something works!
