I was pretty good at counting calories online in the beginning of the week but only made it to the gym a few times due to social things. This week may be the same - will def go tomorrow night and Thursday, plus hopefully Friday.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
