This past holiday weekend was bad for my diet, but I'll be back on track today! Then this coming weekend I'm going down to see my fiance's mother for her birthday... hopefully I will be able to stay on track. :)

EDIT: Riding the crimson waves today, no wonder my diet was so poor this weekend. :/ I'm not trying to make excuses... but at least I know why my cravings were so intense.
104.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know I hate when I want to eat everything... But stay strong through it! I usually lose a little extra then if I can just stick to it. Keep the exercise up. My period has gotten a lot milder since I have and this last month I didn't cramp or barely get bloated.

I missed my TOM last month. If it doesnt turn up this weekend I will have to see the doctor. But I always want to eat mire during it, usually more 'stodgy', filling stuff too
