I am really flat with regard to the weight loss and will be looking at the diet and make sure what I am eating I do not over eat. I think the new job and getting adjusted to it has sort of hurt my progress. I will not quit entering on this site as I still have 34 pounds to lose and must keep working. Depressing when I am not losing on a regular basis but I am journalizing and exercising so it will all work out.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
