My weight went up again this week. 2 pounds since I started tracking here. I think I need to start applying the concept of excellence to this process and I need to perform everything related to my health with excellence. After all, the only one I am hurting is myself if I don't record properly, if I over eat, if I don't exercise.

Excellence is the new target.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely the more you put into it the more you put out. Keep going until you find what works for you and then go for it!
