Been holding the weight for awhile, but am starting to become dissatisfied again with my eating habits as well as my fitness level. While I want to continue to lose, I really need to make an effort to find a fitness option that works for me. Tired of this loose skin and unsightly jiggle! I like jiggle, don't get me wrong... I just want it in the Right places, and definitely NOT in the wrong places!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 January 2013:
1350 kcal Fat: 53.95g | Prot: 44.65g | Carb: 179.78g.   Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal - Cinnamon & Spice. Lunch: Wendy's Apple Pecan Chicken Salad (1/2 size, no dressing, no be cheese). Dinner: raspberry lemonade, ice cream, french fries, ham egg and cheese sandwich. Snacks/Other: Rolo Milk Chocolate Chewy Caramels, skippy, apple. more...
