Weekly weigh in went well. lost 2 pounds. not following the BFC closely (15 grams of sugar). However, I watch the sugar closely and stay close to 30 grams. Also, I try to have a daily caloric deficit of 750-1,000.
I have been very good about exercising 1,000 cals per day and in logging what I eat. And, I've been good about drinking a glass of water before every meal. That really helps with the portion control.
