Yay me! Even with a bad day on Saturday I am making progress. Not going to let a stumble drag me down. :)

Sunday Sundae was a success. I didnt miss the sweets this week and it was a real treat to have a 1/2 cup of Ben and Jerry's Frozen Yogurt last night. Can't wait til I see my official 1 week weigh in number! :)
185.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
