Discipline is making the choice between what you want now and what you want most

Weight is down as of Sunday morning, but did mess up and snack after dinner last night. Hoping to get a workout in everyday this week.

Great weekend. Love starting brand new on Monday's.

Have a great week everybody.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Thank you for the buddy request. There was actually a very long study done on children that followed them through college into careers. The short summary is that the children who were able to delay (or better yet ignore) their need for immediate gratification were more successful than (those who could not or would not). When I find myself 'stomping my feet' because I want a cookie I think 'I am not a child...'
