frustrating. thought I had a good day but the scale disagreed. oh well staying strong.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. You don't always see the results of one day till the next week or later. If you stay within your caloric intake but take in too much sodium, the scale can temporarily go up the next day. Hormones, exercise, stress, sickness, medications, etc. can all effect the scale. Consistency is key. As long as your chart has a mostly downward spiral, your doing well. Keep going.
