Gotta get exercising more! Eating better for the most part, but need that cardio in there. Going to do Pilates tonight while my dinner cooks. I WILL do it. Did get some walking in yesterday as Lauren and I were shopping at the mall. Some stairs, too.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
