Doing a happy dance!!! My class is over, stress is finally lessening and I'm going to start catching up on some of my sleep and food planning. I've started losing weight again instead of gaining so this is a step in the right direction already! I am so looking forward to the extra time I will have this upcoming month. There are going to be many major changes in my near future and I am both excited and nervous about them. I'm hoping that my healthy way of eating, exercise and weight loss will help alleviate some of the added anxiety.

232.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 102.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WooHoo!!! And congrats on your high percentage too! Goes to show hard work and dedication does pay off....and it will in this weight loss journey too. Change is a good thing and I'm looking forward to hearing all about it!!

Thank you all for the encouragement through that struggle! Without you guys I may not have made it through---and I definitely wouldn't have even attempted to stay on plan (though I still didn't do a great job of it)
