Saw 175 today!!! Yippe me...thats 3 pounds. I was going for 1 pound a month so this is HUGE! I don't record all the little things they consider exercise, such as driving and desk work, but I record EVERYTHING I eat and that has made a huge impact just being able to see what I consume in a day. Trading snacks for 2 slimfast shakes a day has helpded me stay under calories.

Diet Calendar Entries for 11 August 2010:
