I feel very good about my weight loss. Quite surprising to me. I am staying focused and keeping my eye on the prize. I am feeling good about my goals one of which is being able to buy clothes in Glasgow and beyond. So so far so good. I am looking forward to my continued weight loss and my changing habits. Today I am having 2 different get togethers and at both of them I am going to serve fruit, veggies,and nuts. I'm going to try a few "fat secrets" receip So, I am hoping to continue my success and feeling good and work o out at least 4 days this next week.
