Going to go for a long walk today since the sun finally came back to Washington DC. Three day weekend so hope to get in a good walk each day, plus a yoga dvd. And some time at my easel which has been long in coming.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1781 kcal Fat: 125.84g | Prot: 78.92g | Carb: 34.20g.   Breakfast: heavy cream, coffee, atkins cinnamon bun bar, splenda. Lunch: chocoperfection, swiss cheese slice, mushrooms, nathan's hot dog, mustard, egg. Dinner: yellow squash, parmesan cheese, ground beef, cheese, mushrooms, marie's caesar. Snacks/Other: tension tamer tea, carb smart. more...

Awesome..still quite chilly for us to do any thing much but feed the cows and get back in to warm up..8.7 degrees this am..Brrrr...:O)
