Well, after jumping back on the "Atkins" wagon, I did manage to lose some more. About a little over one pound more!
I am so happy and grateful for this diet. It has given me the inspiration to achieve my personal best. I knew that there had to be something out there that could be for me as far as a diet and there was.
I am a happy girl today! This is the lowest I have ever been!!!
