175.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1699 kcal Fat: 122.14g | Prot: 115.62g | Carb: 38.43g.   Breakfast: heavy cream, coffee, splenda. Lunch: ground beef, mushrooms, low carb tortilla, guacamole, beef broth, cheese. Dinner: mushrooms, Butter Shortbread Cookies-Atkins, marie's blue cheese dressing, chicken, black olives, lettuce, cucumber. Snacks/Other: atkins wild berry shake, carb smart, walden farms, cool whip. more...

Yes, BuffyBear, nothing better! And a good thing it happened this AM - my office is ordering Chinese dumplings for lunch and I SO want to keep my graph going down I easily said no, thanks.
