175.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1699 kcal Fat: 122.14g | Prot: 115.62g | Carb: 38.43g.   Breakfast: splenda, coffee, heavy cream. Lunch: cheese, low carb tortilla, ground beef, beef broth, mushrooms, guacamole. Dinner: black olives, chicken, mushrooms, marie's blue cheese dressing, cucumber, lettuce, Butter Shortbread Cookies-Atkins. Snacks/Other: carb smart, walden farms, cool whip, atkins wild berry shake. more...

Yes, BuffyBear, nothing better! And a good thing it happened this AM - my office is ordering Chinese dumplings for lunch and I SO want to keep my graph going down I easily said no, thanks.
