It's been a while since weigh in... 180.4 holding steady with small water fluctuations, eating very well with fruits and veggies on center stage, fish and eggs for protein as usual, anti-grain but made a couple of exceptions in the last couple of weeks. Good news is I do not need to count calories anymore, just eat healthy foods in reasonable quantities. Exercise at the gym is suffering due to work schedule but I hope to kick that back in with some intensity these coming days.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Fantastic-you sound like you have found what works for you and are getting good results- I'm sure you will get back to your exercise when your work schedule settles down. I love your approach- and that you are so disciplined.
